Returns Policy

Purchases made through jksignaturestyles.com are valid for an exchange, refund or store credit within thirty (30) days from the delivery date.

*All returned items for exchange must be unwashed, not soiled and not odorous with all tags.

*Gift Card purchases and discounted final sale merchandise are not eligible for refund or exchange.

 

LOCAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES IN-STORE

  • Items can be returned for exchange in-store at any of our six (6) locations.
  • Please contact our Ecommerce Administrator at 663-0500 ext. 104 to request a return or email us at customer.care@jksignaturestyles.com
  • Returned items MUST be accompanied with your printed online receipt. If you do not have a printed receipt the name on the order should be provided along with ID to verify the purchase.
  • If the item is not available for exchange, a store credit is issued.

 

BY MAIL

Customers are responsible for their return mailing and return shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Please contact our Ecommerce Administrator at 663-0500 ext. 104 to request a refund or email us at customer.care@jksignaturestyles.com

  • Refunds are issued only after the item is returned in-store or by mail.
  • Refunds for online purchases returned will be issued in the original form of payment or store credit within one (1) week. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • If you made your purchase using a gift card or store credit, refunds will be issued to the in the form of a gift card or store credit. The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s).

SHIPPING REFUND

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. 

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

We’re not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they’ve been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you’ll need to place a new order.
